Boatshed gets a freshen up

The Lakes Boatshed Café recently changed hands and new owners have made it a family affair.
Chloe Pama, along with her parents Kathy and Brendan Roworth, are into their third week of trading and have been overwhelmed by the positive response of the public.
They are sourcing mainly local produce and have had a wonderful response changing their coffee to local supplier Nicholson Coffee.
"Customers are raving about the coffee which is prepared in our brand new machine - they are coming back for seconds," Kathy said.
Kathy is a chef and has worked in the food industry all her life, Brendan started his career as a boiler maker but retrained as a teacher and taught food technology, while Chloe also trained as a teacher specialising in food health, so you could say they know their food.
