Well-known nursery man, Peter Coulson, worked his last day at Lakes Timber and Building Supplies last Thursday and now looks forward to a happy and long retirement.
Peter has been the engine behind expanding the store’s nursery supplies over the past four years, having previously worked at Dahlsens Lakes Entrance until its closure.
He has always been accessible and willing to share his plant knowledge.
Before moving to East Gippsland he was head gardener at the Moonee Valley Racecourse.
“I was then superintendant of Parks and Gardens with the East Gippsland Shire before moving into the retail sector,” Peter said.
