Following an intense judging period, the finalists in the East Gippsland Business Awards were recognised last Thursday when Bellevue on the Lakes hosted the finalists’ breakfast.

And a slew of local businesses are among those chosen by expert judges as among the best in their category following personal visits to all businesses.

Norm Neilson Fine Art Photography (Arts and Culture, Customer Service Excellence), The Kombi Koffee Company (Food and Fibre), The Central Hotel (Hospitality), Lakes Explorer (Marine), Danielle Milito Massage (Personal Services) and Venture Out Australia (Tourism and Accommodation) were each chosen as a finalist in their respective category.

In total 59 finalists are competing over four gold and 15 platinum categories.
The finalists in each category were presented with a framed certificate by their category sponsor.

The East Gippsland Business Awards are coordinated by Business and Tourism East Gippsland and provide a valuable opportunity to showcase excellence and best practice in local business.

They celebrate business owners and operators who promote the best products and services the region has to offer.
