Sink hole a concern

When a sink hole appeared in Ken Roberts’ back yard he immediately contacted the water board, but in fact it was a storm water pit and the East Gippsland Shire’s responsibility.
After contacting the shire some time ago Mr Roberts is concerned that no works have been carried out to rectify the situation.
“I have had Cranes come and look at it but nothing has been done. Three times I have been in touch with a councillor and written two letters to the shire,” Mr Roberts said.
“The only one that has been helpful is a lady in administration.”
Ken’s concern is that the hole is getting bigger and is now undermining the fence which he fears will soon collapse.
