Lakes Entrance construction company, SCA Homes, received top honours at the South East Master Builders Regional Building Awards recently.
SCA Homes was named Residential Builder of the Year (South East) for its Lake Tyers Beach project, while also being awarded for Best Custom Home $400,000 - $500,000 for the same Lake Tyers project.
The judges found this modern home designed by Lake Tyers Beach Design was a standout with an abundance of natural textures and surfaces.
Master Builders Victoria chief executive officer, Rebecca Casson, said the home’s high windows (City to Coast Glass and Glazing) allowed for plenty of natural light to take in the stunning views.
While the home’s north-facing decks basked in the sun, its south-facing decks were well located to pick up the cool coastal breeze, Ms Casson said.
